1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for courses at Yearby Digital University are available within 3 days of the initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within the specified 3-day period.
• The request must be sent via email to [email protected], including the participant’s full name and transaction details.

2. Refund Process

Once the refund request is received and meets the eligibility criteria, Yearby Digital University will process the refund promptly. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• If the refund request is made after the 3-day period.
• If the participant has accessed or downloaded course materials.

Yearby Digital University reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
